
USC ARCADIA
ONCOLOGY & RADIOLOGY
ConAm Building Co. is pleased to have built USC’s newest oncology and radiology center, located in Arcadia, and consisting of five floors. Four of the five floors being dedicated to oncology, and the fifth dedicated to radiology. Each clinic includes exam space, treatment rooms, infusion bays, procedure rooms, office space, and conference areas. Each floor has its own reception and waiting areas as well as patient and staff restrooms. Clinics are finished with pharmacy and clean rooms. The addition of a ground-up 1,800sf structure was built to accommodate a new vault housing a linear accelerator device. This state-of-the-art machinery requires the vault to be built of two-foot-thick lead walls and ceiling.
