This project took place at USC’s University Gateway building, a multi-use property combining student housing, office space, and retail storefronts. ConAm performed tenant improvements of the existing space, including a retail shop and storefront, lobby area, exam rooms, lab space, and office. The project was delivered on time and within budget.
