Peter brings fifteen years of construction and project management experience to the ConAm Building Co. team.  He began his career as a carpenter specializing in steel stud framing, drywall, lath and plaster, beginning his apprenticeship with Orange County Plastering.  During his apprenticeship, Peter gained an understanding and an appreciation for the strenuous nature of the field and the tedious tasks of a job site.  After completing his apprenticeship, Peter joined The Nevell Group as a journeyman carpenter participating in large-scaled projects throughout Southern California.  Peter proudly contributed to projects such as the construction of LA Live and the Nokia Theater.  While at The Nevell Group, Peter also completed work at Rancho Springs Medical Center and Eastside Christian Church.  Peter then made the transition from journeyman to foreman when joining Jordan Interiors.  As a foreman, Peter gained valuable management experience.  Peter managed teams and projects in the educational, medical, and retail fields for projects on Kaiser’s South Bay Campus, Central Regional Elementary School, Millennial Tech Middle School, Orangewood Academy of Santa Ana and the Hawaiian Gardens Casino.

Peter values a smooth construction process and is passionate about delivering a quality product.  His attention to detail and ability to manage large teams makes him a valued member of the ConAm Building Co. team.  Peter works directly with each project vendor as well as project client to ensure schedules are kept and deadlines are met.
