Preconstruction

Preconstruction is a vital part of our business and a huge service that we provide to our clients. Our clients benefit from receiving comprehensive project estimates at various stages of schematic design (SDs), design development (DDs), and construction documents (CDs). Our team strategizes on project approach, identifying long lead items, site/logistics planning, and preliminary project scheduling.

Construction

Once the project is ready to start, our project managers and field team immediately get to work. We focus on proper project documentation, quality, safety, and schedule. Each project has a 100% dedicated on-site field superintendent.

Design-Build

Post Construction

To ensure a smooth project turn-over, we go through our complete post construction check-list, which includes building systems testing & balance, coordinating move-in occupancy schedule, completing agency certifications and approvals, final photography, close-out manuals (O&Ms, Warranties, etc.)
