CITY OF HOPE WARSAW
MOB project at the City of Hope’s Duarte campus. The building will have seven treatment rooms, exam rooms, a floor dedicated to pediatrics, and another one dedicated to patient services and administration.

VITAS HEALTHCARE
The site work includes ADA upgrades of existing walkways and entrances, and we will be filling in the existing in-ground pool. This project is located in a residential neighborhood so special care is being taken by the team to avoid disruptions to neighbors during the construction process.

KDFC
The walls are framed, boarded, and ready for taping at KDFC, USC’s classical radio station in the Bay Area. This 3,600 sq.ft. project entails four studios, an open lobby with video wall displays, a lounge area, back offices, and break room.

KECK MEDICINE OF USC 330 OLD NEWPORT
Approx. 25,000 SF of construction of licensed HCAI 3 medical office tenant improvements on two stories within a recently constructed three-story core and shell building.

USC SD ANIMAL RESEARCH FACILITY ATRI II
Build out of a new research laboratory in an existing building. Interior demolition, new partition walls, acoustical ceilings lighting, electrical power and distribution with a new generator, new rooftop HVAC units with ducting, new plumbing fixtures with new sewer and water piping, new elevator, doors, and frames.

UCLA ENCINO IMAGING AND INTERVENTIONAL CENTER
HCAI 3 clinic distributed on two floors and loosely subdivided into use specific areas while sharing reception and waiting support rooms.

UCLA HEALTH RADIOLOGY
BARBARA KORT WOMEN'S IMAGING CENTER REMODEL
Tenant improvements to existing space as well as new MRI Suite, Exam Rooms, Lobby/Waiting, and Administrative spaces. Project completed in three phases.
