CITY OF HOPE WARSAW
MOB project at the City of Hope’s Duarte campus. The building will have seven treatment rooms, exam rooms, a floor dedicated to pediatrics, and another one dedicated to patient services and administration.
The site work includes ADA upgrades of existing walkways and entrances, and we will be filling in the existing in-ground pool. This project is located in a residential neighborhood so special care is being taken by the team to avoid disruptions to neighbors during the construction process.
The walls are framed, boarded, and ready for taping at KDFC, USC’s classical radio station in the Bay Area. This 3,600 sq.ft. project entails four studios, an open lobby with video wall displays, a lounge area, back offices, and break room.
