The MLK Community Hospital Project Awarded Silver by the Los Angeles Business Journal

Updated: Apr 5, 2021

ConAm Building Co. along with our project partners Trammel Crow Company and HKS architects were honored at the 26th annual Commercial Real Estate Forum & Awards hosted by the Los Angeles Business Journal. The MLK Community Hospital Project was awarded silver in the community impact category. The event recognized and honored 2020’s award-winning projects and developments that have enhanced Los Angeles.

This LEED Silver MOB was built to serve the neighboring community to alleviate pressure and high demand at the hospital’s main Emergency Room. The MLK Community Hospital now has a stand-alone primary care clinic, wound care facility, and non-ambulatory operating rooms. The intent is to provide the local community with more options to provide preventative care.

We are incredibly proud to have been a part of this great team and to deliver a project that will have a lasting impact on the community. Thank you to the Los Angeles Business Journal for the project team recognition. We look forward to being a part of more projects that rebuild and strengthen our communities.
