USC Optometry Shop

This project took place USC’s University Gateway building; a multi-use property combining student housing, office space and retail storefronts.  ConAm performed tenant improvements of the existing space which included a retail shop and storefront, lobby area, exam rooms, lab space, and office.  The project was delivered on time and within budget.
