16,000 sf of high-tech research and lab space used for the research and development of synthetic computer-controlled retinas. Space features a wet/ dry lab and clean room, as well as teaching space and complete with OSHPD III exam and procedure rooms. Construction consisted of structural upgrades to a preexisting space and T.I. to accommodate Dr. Varma’s research and laboratory needs. This project was completed within budget and delivered on-time.
