Warehouse/office improvements included new office configuration in all three warehouses, structural upgrades for existing interior roll-up doors, scrub and seal warehouse floor, restroom refresh, electrical upgrades, fire suppression system upgrades, new scrim throughout, install of new overhead doors and dock equipment as well as new wrought iron trash gate.

Building exterior work involved complete exterior paint including all dock equipment, removal of all existing landscape and replace with zero scape drought tolerant landscaping, removal and replacement of all existing asphalt pavement with 6” section of new asphalt pavement, pavement restriping, removed the existing chain-link fence and replaced with wrought iron.
