As part of their 270M dollar renovation, the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum contracted ConAm Building Co. to design and construct a new building within the Coliseum gates. The two-story CMU building was constructed from the ground up and featured approx. 10,000sf of office space and nearly 9,000sf of warehouse storage. The office area includes fifteen private offices, a conference room, cubicle area, reception, break room, and kitchen. This formal space is complete with a server room, office storage, employee restrooms, and is complemented by a feature staircase. The warehouse features its own restrooms, staging area, storage area, lobby and is complete with a new elevator install.
