Through strong coordination and a proactive approach, we successfully condensed a 6-month schedule into just 3.5 months. To make it happen, we went beyond the typical workday—coordinating nights, weekends, and even working through the holidays—to maintain momentum and deliver on our client’s deadline, all while upholding quality and minimizing disruption in an active healthcare environment.
