This project consisted of 60,000sf of tenant improvements to existing office space. The renovation featured new office buildouts, open cubicle construction, and a new recreation area complete with kitchen, game room, and collaborative spaces. This project was built within a fully occupied office building with limited access to the site and under strict time constraints. This project was completed without disruption to the surrounding suites.
