Brennan brings seventeen years of construction experience to the ConAm Building Co team with exceptional knowledge in all facets of the industry including woodwork, metal framing, drywall, and structural concrete. Having come from a family of contractors, Brennan brings a unique perspective and passion to every project. His professional career in construction began when he joined Country Line framing as an assistant foreman. His time in the field was spent managing job site personnel, and ensuring deadlines were met and schedules were kept. In 2004, Brennan joined Western Eagle Construction as a Project Superintendent, where he primarily ran tenant improvement projects. Brennan became very familiar with the commercial and medical markets as he specialized in corporate office buildings and medical/ surgical spaces. His responsibilities included managing vendors, scheduling, and communicating directly with project architects and clients. For several years, Brennan worked as a carpenter and a project Superintendent contributing to many notable projects across Southern California. Some projects include: Children’s Hospital Orange County Tower #2, Torrance Memorial West Tower, Harbor City Kaiser North Tower, Bob Hope Airport Parking Structure, La Tijera Elementary School, and LA Metro Division Parking Structure as well as several projects for Disneyland Resorts and amusement parks and Knott’s Berry Farm amusement park.
Over the course of his career, Brennan has gained a skill set that allows him to excel as a superintendent at ConAm Building Co. In his role, Brennan is responsible for managing the on-site activities of several ConAm projects, managing vendors, engaging with clients and ensuring a quality product is delivered on-time and within budget.
