Chelsea shares a passion for people and for growing her community. Prior to joining the ConAm Building Co team, Chelsea worked as an Outreach Coordinator for the Be a Hero Become a Donor Foundation. She was responsible for organizing and hosting educational conferences and drives as they pertain to the National Bone Marrow Registry throughout California and the surrounding western states. Her role required a level of management and marketing which led to collaborations with several universities, corporations and hospitals with the ultimate goal to educate a community and save lives.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree from California State University Fullerton, and joined the ConAm team in 2012. Chelsea began as ConAm’s marketing coordinator, where she was responsible for all facets of marketing and branding. She also held a position in ConAm’s estimating department, where she aided in vendor communications and assisted in many large-scale take-offs. In her current role as Director of Business Development, Chelsea is responsible for on-site/ off-site marketing and branding as well as client relations. Chelsea utilizes her marketing and industry experience to expand upon ConAm’s marketing efforts and facilitate new avenues of business. Her passion for people and for growing her community has manifested into a love for building communities that prosper through maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.
