The facility would be used as a temporary holding facility for illegal goods and individuals after having been seized and arrested. The facility included the highest-level security equipment and blast-proof design to protect against the threat of explosives. This project was completed within budget and delivered on-time.

A full renovation of the existing 6th floor surgery center located within USC’s Keck Medical Building. The renovation provided for a new outpatient medical care facility complete with new lobby, family waiting area, eighteen exam rooms, and two treatment rooms. The space also included improvements to the patient restrooms, staff restrooms, and consultation rooms. The project was built to OSPHD III standards and the work was done through strict infection control procedures.
