Borchard Road

ConAm implemented all infrastructure needed to sustain a community of 20,000 homes. This included the grading and paving of all streets, the implementation of emergency water pump systems, ground-up construction of a community recreation center complete with parks and sports fields and shared HOA facilities.  This project was completed within budget and delivered on-time.

Amonix

Client: Golden Triangle Industrial Park, LLC

This project included the tilt-up construction of a 250,000 sf state-of-the-art clean-manufacturing facility for the fabrication and assembly of large-scaled solar panel systems.  Site included six large-scaled, articulating solar panel rays used to power the facility.  This project was completed within budget and delivered on-time.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement

ConAm completed the ground-up construction of a 18,000 sf, two story office and detention facility.  The facility would be used as a temporary holding facility for illegal goods and individuals after having been seized and arrested.  The facility included the highest-level security equipment and blast-proof design to protect against the threat of explosives.  This project was completed within budget and delivered on-time.

Frost Bank DFW

USC DEI Surgery Center

A full renovation of the existing 6th floor surgery center located within USC’s Keck Medical Building.  The renovation provided for a new outpatient medical care facility complete with new lobby, family waiting area, eighteen exam rooms, and two treatment rooms.  The space also included improvements to the patient restrooms, staff restrooms, and consultation rooms.  The project was built to OSPHD III standards and the work was done through strict infection control procedures.
