ConAm Building Co is pleased to be building USC’s newest oncology and radiology center, to be located in Arcadia. This project consists of five floors, totaling approximately 35,000 square feet. Four of the five floors being dedicated to oncology, will include exam space, treatment rooms, infusion bays, procedure rooms, office space, and conference areas. Each floor will have its own reception and waiting areas as well as patient and staff restrooms. The clinics will be finished with pharmacy, and clean room. The radiology clinic will feature exam rooms, admin offices, staff break area, and work room. Structural upgrades will be made in order to accommodate a new vault housing a Linear Accelerator device. This state-of-the-art machinery requires the vault be built of two-foot-thick lead walls and ceiling.
