Beverly Hills MOB

This project consisted of the complete remodel of an existing primary care clinic.  Tenant improvements included a new reception and family waiting area, five exam rooms, procedure rooms, office space, as well as staff and patient restroom facilities.  This project took place in a fully-occupied medical building with limited site access and strict infectious control procedures to follow.  This project was completed on time and within budget with no disruptions to surrounding clinics.
