Celebrating their 40th Anniversary this year, the Keck School of Medicine of USC will be “seeing” their students in a new light as they celebrate the opening of their state-of-the-art Ophthalmology center. The 12,100 square foot Ophthalmology center will include a full working clean room, wet lab, Machine lab, expanded teaching venues, a full medical gas Plant, 1206D compliant clinical space, multiple exam rooms, as well as a full optics lab that will showcase the school’s cutting-edge retina replacement therapy. For this project ConAm completed full pre-construction services and MEPFS design build.
ConAm was also pleased to partner with USC for concurrent construction to build the 6th floor HC4 Surgery Center at the USC Keck School of Medicine. Specializing in Stem cell facial reconstruction and supporting USC Medical this high-tech, OSHPD compliant surgery center offers 22 new exam rooms and is 1206D compliant. The surgery center offers 8,200 square feet and was a complete cold shell build out. For this project ConAm completed full pre-construction services and MEPFS design build.
These projects totaling Over 6 million dollars were complete on time and on budget. To date ConAm has completed 100% of our work in cooperation with USC on time and with zero cost overruns.
